Tours are by appointment only, since we don’t have an on-site office at the property. We’d be happy to schedule a time that works best for you!

Our management team is easily accessible at our nearby office in Reynoldsburg, located at Traditions at Slate Ridge. 

Applications are typically approved within 24–48 hours.

Application fees $50 per applicant and a $300 Holding Fee, that go towards Security Deposit

We recommend first-time renters plan a budget that not only covers rent but also accounts for utilities, groceries, and other living expenses. Having a little financial cushion helps ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your new home.

You have several convenient options for paying rent: online through our resident portal, by money order at the office, or with cash at participating local stores such as Kroger.

To pay your rent online, add your bank account or credit card information in our resident portal. You can make a one-time payment each month or set up automatic withdrawals for added convenience

There are no additional monthly fees for the apartment itself. Water is billed separately and submetered based on your individual usage.

Yes, renters insurance is required. It helps protect your personal belongings and provides peace of mind in case of unexpected events.

Trash service is included in your rent.

To set up your utilities, contact American Electric Power to have your account transferred to your name. Be sure to have your move-in date and apartment information handy to make the process smooth.

You can choose your preferred provider for internet and cable. Spectrum is a common option, but you’re welcome to use any provider that services the area.

Guest should not reside longer than a week. Parking is limited so they must have a parking tag.

We don’t offer discounts for longer lease terms or prepaying rent.

Subletting is not permitted in our community. If you have questions about lease options or need flexibility, our team is happy to discuss alternatives with you!

If you need to break your lease, you’ll need to provide a 60-day notice and pay a lease termination fee equal to two months’ rent. Our team can guide you through the process to ensure everything is handled smoothly.

Short-term leases may be available depending on your desired move-in date.

Yes, we offer corporate leases.

Amenities

Our apartments are designed for comfort and convenience, featuring in-unit washers and dryers, private patios or balconies, beautiful hardwood floors, and spacious closets to keep your home organized.

All apartments have attached 2-car garage and there is additional parking spots.

The washer and dryer hookups are conveniently located in the pantry area off the kitchen, making laundry easy and accessible right from your apartment.

Standard appliances in each apartment include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a stackable washer and dryer.

We do not offer furnished apartments directly, but you can easily furnish your home through Cort Furniture!

No, all packages are left at your front door. 

Our community has quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

Pet Policy

Yes! Our community is pet-friendly, and we welcome your furry friends.

Pet fees include a $150 refundable deposit, a $150 non-refundable fee, and a $35 monthly fee per pet. Our team is happy to answer any questions and help you understand the pet policy.

Pets are welcome with a maximum weight limit of 70 lbs. Certain large or aggressive breeds are restricted. Our team can review your pet against our approved list to ensure they meet community guidelines.

This community does not have a pet park.

There is no public transportation immediately near the community.

Our community is conveniently located near the 33 and 270 freeways, providing easy access to surrounding neighborhoods, shopping, and dining options.

Our community is located within the Columbus City School District.

The nearest dog park is just 2 miles away, making it easy to enjoy outdoor time with your furry friends.

Yes! There’s a bike trail conveniently located next to the neighboring apartment community, perfect for cycling and outdoor recreation.

Residents typically do their shopping in nearby Bexley or Easton.

 The nearest coffee shop is Caribou Coffee, just 1 mile from the property.

Maintenance

Before you move in, we thoroughly prepare your apartment by painting, cleaning or replacing carpets, and ensuring the unit is spotless. Our maintenance team also handles any necessary repairs or replacements so your new home is ready and comfortable from day one.

Yes! Our on-site maintenance team is available to quickly address any issues.

You can call to place a work order or put one online in your resident portal.

Once maintenance gets the work order they will fix it all. If they cannot, they will schedule for an outside vendor to come in the apartment with the resident. 

No, you don’t need to be present for a service technician to perform work.

During office hours you can call the office. After hours you need to call a lock smith.

Yes, you can decorate. If you paint then you need to place it back to the normal color at move out. Any holes bigger than a nail hole needs to be repaired or charges could be made.
